Melbourne Job Opening | Full-Time Landscape Architect
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in the landscape design, planning, and detailed development of residential, commercial, and other architectural projects;
- Develop landscape concept designs, site plans, planting designs, and related design proposals based on project requirements;
- Prepare landscape design drawings, construction drawings, technical documents, and project presentation materials;
- Participate in the selection and design of plants, paving, landscape materials, and outdoor facilities;
- Maintain communication with architects, project managers, engineering consultants, and clients to coordinate design and project requirements;
- Assist with on-site project surveys, evaluate site conditions, and propose appropriate landscape design recommendations;
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture or a related field;
- Experience with residential, commercial, or related landscape design projects is preferred;
- Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Familiar with landscape design processes and possesses strong design presentation, drafting, and documentation skills;
- Possesses a solid understanding of plant selection, landscape materials, and outdoor space design;
