Duties
- Work with company management to implement business ideas into possible IT solutions/ IT systems.
- Assist company non-IT team to find suitable IT solutions/ IT systems pertaining to their work.
- Work with Sri Lankan based third party software and web design companies to implement IT solutions for company business requirements.
- Manage cloud-based company CRM system
- Assist and improve business processes and work practices using ICT project management principles.
- Work with sales & marketing team to find best IT solutions to promote company products.
- Analyse existing database, CRM and other software and report to the management.
- Research, test and recommend new IT tools/ IT solutions related to property development and real estate sector.
- Conduct software installation, user account management and all the general hardware related activities.
- Providing administrative and analytical reporting and create training materials for staff.
Skills, Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology.
- More than 3 years of ICT Business Analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions design, implementation, maintenance, integration techniques, troubleshooting, and recovery procedures.
- Strong knowledge of www.hubspot.com CRM system.
- Familiar with Sri Lanka based software development/ IT solution / Web development companies.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Recent knowledge/or experience in a complex ICT environments and new IT trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverables
