English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Your path to success starts with you: To be successful with us, you will have: 6 years of experience in large scale transformational programs with as focus on IaaS, PaaS and SaaS as a Business/Systems Analyst Degree qualification in Commerce, Business. IT or equivalent experience Strong Analytical and data modelling skills. Intermediate excel skills (V Lookups, Pivot tables) Power BI experience / knowledge (desirable) Skilled in data story telling Exceptional requirements gathering and documentation skills Experience with use cases / user stories / wireframes / user navigation Experience implementing web-based applications Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to resolve problems with conflicting needs / requirements from a diverse group Experience in running requirements workshops / interviews Ability to deal with complex data requirements The ability to bridge business and technology, managing the relationships between key stakeholders and carefully navigating competing requirements to a successful outcome A natural ability to influence and run workshops with multiple stakeholders and interest groups The ability to be the trusted advisor and bridge between the projects and the business Become part of our Vision: We continually aim to create an employee experience that embraces diversity, inclusion and builds a community and sense of belonging.
