Required Skills and Responsibilities:
Proficient in ordering components for Servers and desktops
Proficient in assembly, installation and deployment of PC's and Servers
Proficient in installing and operating all Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
Good software and hardware troubleshooting skills necessary.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products like Excel and Word.
Understand and have the ability to support network in MS Windows PCs .
Have a good knowledge of peripheral installations like printers, scanners, cameras, faxes etc.
Administration and Warehousing skills would be a great advantage.
Overall we are looking for a positive, customer oriented person with proven experience in supporting Windows environment , good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner and with minimal supervision.
