Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

What you bring: Passionate about leading people and helping them move forward in their careers Experience using data to lead decision making Empathy for our users, ability to inspire the team to solve problems our users face Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills Willingness to learn on the job Experience or willingness to work in a team, coach & mentor team members, review code and contribute to the implementation of good engineering practices Computer Science or Software Engineering background. Bachelor or higher degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
