About the Position
As a result of our continued operations in NSW, we seek the full-time support of an experienced Multimedia Specialist.
This position is permanent full-time, working 38 hours a week (guaranteed), plus reasonable additional hours, from our office in the CBD.
Salary Offering: $60,000 to $70,000 pa Super.
As a full-time Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Development of multimedia assets including images, audio, video, interactive presentations and ads using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CC Animation, Pro Tools and Cinema 4D
- Ensure designs and creativity are on time and on brief, bringing brand and customer experiences to life through motion, animation and visual storytelling
- Responsible for the selection, creation and implementation of multimedia advertising strategies and campaigns to grow the company’s digital presence in the target market
- Coordinates the measurement of multimedia analytics. Uses data to refine content style and subject selection to optimise audience engagement. Prepares summary reports as needed for the management board
- Assists others within the marketing department with brainstorming the creative process, tracking of campaigns, ordering materials, and visual presentations
- Visually mapping out a user's journey with highlights of key pain points, unmet needs, and unique opportunities regarding web-related issues, design and develop integrated experiences
- Management of media campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook and Instagram
- Work closely with strategic planners giving insights and identifying new trends
- Oversees digital asset management. Backs up, organises, and catalogues multimedia assets on in-house servers and cloud-based digital asset management systems
- Use SEO techniques to create content for TripStudy website, social media channels, email marketing and landing pages in order to generate leads and more relevancy on Google search

In order to be successful, you must demonstrate that you have or meeting with following requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (or higher) level qualification plus 3 years’ relevant experience. 5 years’ relevant work experience may substitute the formal qualification.
- Be honest, reliable and committed to the job
- Be willing and available to work full-time, on a permanent basis
- Have full-time work permission and rights in Australia
- Be proficient in Portuguese for the creation of targeted content (desirable)
