Your new role
The successful candidate with assist with installation, commissioning, and supporting technology from the office and on-site in remote locations
Day-to-day responsibilities will also include:
Installing, configuring, and commissioning operational systems for new deployments and upgrades
Participating in coding and scripting activities
Troubleshooting and configuring internal hardware/software
Conducting pre-sales tasks including configuration testing and field trials
Preparing reports on the performance of the deployed solution at the client site and recommendations for improvements as required
What you'll need to succeed
To successfully attain this position, you will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen interest in providing a superior level of customer service and support to clients
Experience within Linux OS and shell scripting
Knowledge of C or objective-C programming languages Experience within scripting languages such as PHP, Perl, Ruby on Rails
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server)
