The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum 3 years experience in the residential building design
- A demonstrated high degree of skill and knowledge of designing and use of Autocad
- Tertiary qualifications in Building Design, Architecture
- A good understanding of new home construction
- Strong knowledge of ResCode, Small Lot Housing Code, industry policies, standards and codes of practice.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi task, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Passion for customer service
- Confident and ability to work within a team
- Self-motivated professional who is hard working and willing to work autonomously
- Willing to contribute feedback and suggestions for improvement
