The ideal applicant will be a pro-active, highly organised, resourceful and be able to work independently, can solve problems, and possess great communication as you will be the go-to person for our office. Experience working in similar roles within architecture or related industries. Architects looking for a change in the conventional role are welcome to apply.
You will need to demonstrate:
Ability to coordinate the smooth running and upkeep of the studio by developing and maintaining studio processes
Be accountable for all office operations including, reception duties, answering phones, greeting clients and maintaining an inventory of all supplies required within our office
Work with our IT consultant to manage IT/technical issues
Work with our accountant to reconcile expenses and payment requests, communicate invoices for payment
Manage QA and OH&S systems, maintaining Office and IT Manuals
Manage HR procedures including the inductions of new staff and assisting in resourcing.
Organise events and studio activities
Coordinate travel schedules as required
Coordinate office tidiness and material library
Provide administrative assistance to the team when required
Preparing internal and external communications
