Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

The main areas of responsibilities are listed below: Process and prepare monthly financial management/owners reports Liaise with the Finance manager & CEO regarding potential opportunities and threats so as to be proactive in addressing changes in the Company’s environment. Assisting an annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting to seek financial opportunities Practice effective balance sheet management and ensure reconciliations are completed quarterly Practice effective cash flow management and communicate all significant cash flow Complete & lodgement of BAS/FBT/WHT/Payroll Tax & other statutory payment Review and recommend modification to hotel/motel operating policy & procedure Responsible to implement and training the operation policy & procedure Assisting for accounts receivable, payable and bank reconciliation Assisting the weekly payroll To be considered for this role: 5 years plus experience in hospitality accounts CPA preferred but not essential Experience in Xero, RMS, POS system Advanced excel is required Highly organised, efficient with great attention to detail Working from home position, you will be savvy with zoom or teams to have meetings when required.
