Roles and Responsibility Net Admin Days and Health Checks • Performs monthly Net Admin days and Health Checks as per the technical template. • Follows documented procedures. • Operates as the technical expert for the client • Maintains and constantly improves the Net Admin template. Technical Escalation • Operates as an escalation point for the Response Team • Completes tickets assigned by the SDM and Response Team. • Takes ownership over tickets in a remote and onsite capacity • Takes ownership over issues, seeks solutions and documents improvements to ensure deployments to all clients Team Culture • Has a strong focus on customer service. • Is a self-learner with a thirst for knowledge. • Documents everything • Works to avoid any impact or downtime to the customer • Must have high work ethic and not be seen to be avoiding junior level or on-site tasks. • Works in accordance with the company code of conduct and service charter. • Follows the Technical Handbook and documented processes wherever available to ensure best practice. Scheduling of work and ticketing • Creates tickets for all work completed as close as possible to engineer becoming aware of the task. • Plans ahead and schedules all tickets assigned within Connectwise. • Reviews and updates status of all tickets whilst working. • Reviews all tickets assigned at the start of each day and ensures all tickets are updated at least weekly. • Adheres to SLAs where possible. • Ensures sufficient level of detail is recorded within time entries to justify time spent. • Provides backfill to the Response Team as required. Recording of Time • Bills a minimum of 27 hours per week. • Logs a minimum of 40 hours per week • Updates tickets as work is completed and before moving on to the next task Quality control Including but not limited to: • Ensure knowledge transfer within the group (willingly shares knowledge with group). • Ensure documented standards and policies are followed and updates processes identified to be out of date. • Identifies improvements to procedures and actions them. • Update client notes and documentation for client sites. • Takes ownership over small sites assigned. Documentation and Standards • Responsible for technical documentation relating to areas of specialisation • Follows documented policies and procedures • Seeks to improve documentation and implements change. • Documents all changes Project Work • Completes projects as designated. • Completes tasks as per project workplans alerting management to any potential overruns of time. Products and Services Specialisation (as assigned) • Keeps up to date with alternate products and services in the industry • Evaluates products and services as requested • Develops and documents policies and procedures for areas of specialty. • Trains peer and customers as required. • Is ultimate escalation point for areas of specialty
