Your role
In this role, you will provide first line advice to Branch Network and customers by processing complex transactions and handling queries across all areas of Operations, Processing & Servicing. You will act as the specialist to support team members in resolving complex queries. You will consider themes from queries, making recommended changes to policy, process and procedure to ensuring ongoing continuous improvement - Offering assistance and coaching to other members of the team. You will also support other parts of the Operations, Processing & Servicing structure, such as Admin Teller, Agencies, International Payments and Network Support
Key functions of the role include providing back-office assistance to our Branch network and Stakeholders by processing international transactions and handling queries.

Previous Branch experience and a sound understanding of Branch Operations is preferable.
Financial transaction experience preferred or experience with a similar loan system
