About the Role The role is focused on front end support to our highest performing brokers. Your impact and success as Senior Lending Analyst is paramount to our overall goal of supporting our finance brokers to achieve their next level of performance. 80 mill settlements plus to 120 mill plus in settlements. You will be supported in your role with a team including a Broker Assistant, Office CSM’s and International team. You will be expected to understand your brokers goals and objectives and deliver suitable outcomes in support. You will have a sense of urgency in delivering these outcomes while maintaining a high standard of quality in your process and research. Reporting to your Finance Broker you will be joining a highly motivated team, where you will be: Joining in on client facing and zoom client interviews Gaining a understanding of client needs and objectives Researching suitable policy and loans on your brokers instruction Presenting finance findings to your finance broker Packaging up quality loans ready to submit to loan administration team Orchestrating credit critical information and addressing any application discrepancies to obtain loan approval for your broker Delivering an exceptional client experience Ability to extract referral business based on behalf of your broker Be comfortable using and adapting new technologies Attending Inovayt meetings as advised Have the ability to be coachable and increase knowledge, strategy and performance over time. You will receive additional weekly training to fast track your progress Selection Criteria Our next dynamic team member is out there. What is most important is that you can tick the list below: You have proven performance track record in your current finance role Excellent customer service skills Enjoy problem solving Proactively be able to source and create business opportunities Minimum 3 year’s experience currently supporting a broker Attention to detail with create efficiencies Excellent income and financial analysis capabilities Understanding of credit and packaging up applications for approval Ability to embrace technology and innovative practices Both outstanding sales skills and attention to detail Work to client and broker deadlines Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (would be an advantage)
