Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Review line reliability and recommend changes to design and/or maintenance program Line balancing and de-bottlenecking SMED projects to improve product change efficiency Investigation and CAPA for safety and quality issues Project management Who are you? Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field Lean/continuous improvement experience in a highly regulated environment, ideally health, pharmaceuticals or food production Packing experience preferred but not mandatory Experience in continuous improvement methodology as applied to a production environment
