Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Our preferred candidate will have: A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or significant technical knowledge with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role. Advanced skills in networking and VOIP phones, Nurse Call and duress systems, Windows 10 SOE and desktop applications and sound knowledge of Microsoft SCCM. Demonstrated experience administrating, supporting and maintaining ICT assets in a complex environment. Demonstrated project management experience in an ICT environment. Ability to identify continual improvements to ICT Services that provide benefits to the customer. Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gain co-operation and assistance at all levels, to meet priorities on a personal and departmental level. IMPORTANT: All staff employed in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
