Your Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or equivalent relevant industry experience and training).
Current Working with Children Check
Database or Data Management qualifications (e.g. Microsoft SQL, MySQL) desirable.
Previous work experience (including internships and/or volunteer roles) in a large member-based organisation desirable.
Knowledge and understanding of the Australian federated system of sport administration.
Your Technical Skills
Demonstrated 2 years’ (minimum) experience with Microsoft SQL Server database administrator functions and developing and implementing Microsoft SQL Server SQL queries.
Demonstrated experience with enhancing Microsoft Dynamics and Office365 environments with Process Automation, PowerBI, Dashboards, Views and other reporting.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and implementing SSRS (Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services) reporting.
Demonstrated experience with complex systems such as CRM and/or LMS.
Demonstrated experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, javascript and JQuery.
Has worked with 3rd party integrations.
Demonstrated experience with analysing data, problem solving and working to multiple timelines within set SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Has worked in a project environment and/or has experience with software testing.
Has worked in a dynamic and fast paced environment and maintained a focus on customer service.
Has used IT Service Management ticketing systems to interact with end users.
