Our Digital Information Office is currently seeking to appoint an ICT Customer Support Officer to work on the Technology Service Desk providing information and advice to our internal customers. This includes issue resolution, diagnosis, prioritising and escalating, where required, and logging incidents.

With your exceptional communication skills, organisational abilities, and high level of attention to detail you will answer, assess, diagnose, and prioritise logged incidents.
