Key responsibilities include: ·
Liaise with business executives and end users to formulate and document business requirements
Assist with IT project management activities and documentation
Manage and plan project resources and cost plans
Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices
Identify and analyse inefficiencies in the current information systems and processes to provide optimal solutions
Identify and formulate functional solutions within the project environment to provide clear system plans and solution designs
Identify, deploy, and manage IT assets for efficient business activities
Create, edit, and distribute IT-related documents
Formulate training modules and carry out training sessions with end users
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in IT
At least 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
Experience with creation of UML (Unified Modelling Language) diagrams
Professionalism around communication with stakeholders
Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with clients and stakeholders
