Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 0-1 year

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day site activities to ensure timelines are met, and safety and quality are maintained. You ideally with have the following skills: Site supervisor experience within Australia with the fit-out or refurbishment sector, ideally with 3 years as a Site supervisor; Multitask your workload with strong time management skills. Proven ability to set out trades and effectively manage subcontractors onsite. WHS - Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies and safety guidelines Experience in supervising projects up to $5m Have a can-do attitude and enjoy having a laugh whilst working hard; Be a great communicator and problem solver; Be able to read and interpret drawings Either have a trade background in carpentry preferably or a construction degree. Have your white card SA Building supervisor registration favourable.
