As a Chain Digital Marketing Specialist you will play an integral role within the agency with respect to the agencies client portfolio and their advertising campaigns; and will hold accountability for your clients' advertising strategy, digital execution and performance.
You will be confident and well versed across all aspects of digital marketing including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp/Klayvio, Shopify dashboard and the conversion marketing matrix.
As the successful candidate you will work with your allocated clients to strategise and recommend the most effective opportunities to achieve their goals.
The key responsibilities:
Management of 6 client accounts.
Develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns for new and existing clients to support sales objectives
Managing all aspects of advertising campaigns, including copywriting, photography, videography and media placement, within time and budget constraints
Conduct market research to compile industry trend reports and competitor analysis
Development, management and optimisation of the clients Facebook advertising and other advertising channels (Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok)
Confidently report and communicate with your clients regularly
Reviewing online store backend analytics and the conversion marketing matrix to provide strategic recommendations for advertising activity
Setting the strategic direction and KPI of all new clients in collaboration with the Digital Director. You’ll oversee and guide successful implementation of said strategies to deliver exceptional client outcomes and in turn, retention.
Identify up-sells and strategic suggestions for all retainer clients in conjunction with Digital Director including potential on-going work or additional ad-hoc or project work to drive agency sales targets.

Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate advertising strategies across multiple channels, custom to each client's goals and KPIs
Liaise with the team across all aspects of digital to create advertising campaigns, manage all assets and follow through to roll out
Report on web performance metrics and use this data to recommend advertising strategies
Analysing industry data, consumer patterns and predicting trends to assist with advertising and marketing campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field 3 years experience in a similar role
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 5 years experience in the industry
Previous agency experience required
Strong understanding of online marketing tools
Experience implementing Facebook advertising campaigns, Pinterest, TikTok or Snapchat campaigns and account management
