Job Description :
Gathering business requirements, leading landscape analysis and finalizing configuration, custom developments, functional specifications.
Supervising and contributing to the design, development, troubleshooting and debugging of the solutions.
Conducting need assessment and preparing IT blueprint for the organization; Periodically reporting to Management with metrics related resolution, achieved SLAs and ensuring appropriate standard procedures and protocols are followed for technical change management
Job Requirements :
Experience in supervising architectural and design specifications, transforming business requirements to architectural models and to designer and developer level specifications.
Experience in identifying and rectifying existing process inefficiencies, dumps and performance bottlenecks in landscape.
Ability to propose modifications/enhancements to the existing processes/solutions to optimize/fast track processes/solution and avoiding manual interventions any required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant IT field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience is essential.
