Our client is seeking a Level 4 Room Leader who loves the company of young children, is practical and down to earth, has a relaxed and co-operative approach and who is able to form happy and productive relationships with parents and colleagues. Duties and Responsibilities include: - Day to day running of the group - Assessment of the needs of each child - Planning and implementing a programme that reflects children's interest and needs. - Maintaining effective communication with parents/ families - Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at a high level at all times - Maintain a positive professional working relationship with team members. Essential requirements: - Applicants must hold a Diploma in Childcare - Current WWVP card - Knowledge of and experience with the EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations - Good communication skills
