Personal insolvency is one of the fastest growing professions in Australia; therefore we are often in need of capable individuals to further expand our professional practice.
The Role
The responsibilities in this role are primarily for Debt Agreements, Bankruptcy and all other insolvency matters, which will include but are not limited to:
Assess client’s current financial position and provide solutions which may include referrals to banks, hardship divisions or financial counsellors, Debt Agreements, Bankruptcy and Personal Insolvency Agreements.
Receive in-bound, pre-qualified leads that after assessment you will have the ability to identify and close on sales opportunities.
Provide a high level of customer service to our clients.
The ability to work at a self-motivated pace with limited supervision.
Commission and Bonus structures are in place additional to your salary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
At least Australian tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce
A minimum 2 years experience in the banking and finance industry or closely related sales role
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Genuine passion for helping others and providing the highest level of customer service
Strong problem solving skills with lateral thinking, ability to probe and investigate
Ability to follow processes and scripts and adhere to company policies
Enjoy an empathic nature and not be judgemental
Self-motivation to complete all tasks undertaken
Confidence and negotiation skills with a focus on client interaction
