Position: Project Manager Full-time position Adelaide based Remuneration package consisting of: Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience Fully maintained company vehicle Mobile phone Laptop Position Duties As Project Manager you will be leading and responsible for: Planning and executing of work to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Working with clients and our in-house Landscape and Services Team to deliver projects. Assist our tenders, contracts and quotations team to prepare submissions. Liaise with our Landscape Architect and Field Sales Team with clients on projects. Commercial negotiations and contract reviews. Sourcing subcontractor and supplier quotes with availability. Recording all opportunities in CRM and also using Work Flow Max to track financials on projects (working closely with our Contracts Administrator). Working closely with Best manufacturing supply chain and Sales Operation Manager to ensure tracking of paver requirements. Reporting of financial results, meeting of budgets and KPI’s to management. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following: 5 years minimum experience. Proven experience and knowledge in Project Management. Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally. Familiarity with financial and project management reporting principles. Display business development skills and commercial acumen. Strong computer literacy skills.
