Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities include: • Building relationships and communicating with management to understand their requirements. • Analysing and reporting on various business processes as they relate to products being developed. • Evaluating financial and functional inefficiencies in different business processes and recommending optimal processes. • Visualizing business data for business intelligence. • Use effective and appropriate project management methodologies. • Developing statistical analysis of various data sources to build predictive models. • Using data to extract valuable meaning which would act as the central source of information for development of the agreed suite of products. • Creating data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications. • Produce documentation and functional analysis. • Confidently liaise with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure effective and appropriate deliverables. • Be the go-to information point for relevant project stakeholders. • Implement functional solutions using programming scripts to ensure acceptable data quality and integrity of the system. • Writing user and training documentation and deliver relevant training. To be successfully considered for this role we will look for candidates with • Very strong data analysis expertise • A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification • A minimum of 3 years of experience (preferably more) working as a business data analyst • Real-estate industry knowledge will be well regarded though is not a pre-requisite • Unrestricted working rights in Australia • Very strong communication skills • Strong ability to manage complexity and bring IT development to fruition.
