Roles and Responsibilities:
Extensive Technical Business Analyst experience in Essential eight or Telco sector Business Requirement documentation, user stories, wireframing and process creation
“As is” versus “Future state” gap analysis and planning
Process mapping
Perform business analysis activities during all phases of Agile development
Knowledge and use of common tools including JIRA and Confluence
Elicit and facilitate the gathering of complex business requirements from various key stakeholders via workshops, interviews, or other contact methods Provide strategic guidance and structured thinking in relation to business initiatives, challenges, and opportunities across domain
Ensuring the team delivers the project work within time
Identification of risk or project challenges within at early stage of project so that they can be resolved
Planning and exploring the future PI work, so that team always have enough work Co-ordinating with UX, design, development, and SMEs to perform story writing and do kick off / refinement meetings Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to act as a conduit between business and IT
Good Agile and Scrum Concepts
Must be CSPO certified and SAFe Agilist certification will be an added advantage
Should have knack for solving impediments and process improvements
Should be able to manage multiple and large distributed teams Strong relationship management skills with ability to influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes under time and resource pressure
