Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure all BAU support tickets are triaged and resolved within the agreed time frame ·
Handling customer escalations (internal and external) and, more importantly negotiating resolutions ·
Provide estimations on effort for bug fixes, as well minor enhancements. Also executing those bug fixes and/or minor enhancements to those platforms ·
Build and support integrations between Workfront & DAM and any other third party tools (e.g. JIRA) ·
Review of Adobe release notes and identify any potential impacts from those releases ·
Proactive resolve any impacts or issues from these monthly releases from Adobe. Ensure the issues are mitigated or have a mitigation plan agreed with relevant stakeholders before the releases are deployed to the production environment ·
Ensure all Adobe environments are kept up to date with new releases from Adobe without any impact to any existing functionalities ·
Promote codes, enhancements to higher environments using CI/CD methodologies ·
Ensure proper testing and sign-off have been obtained before any changes are pushed to higher environments ·
Work Adobe support team for any product defects and/or escalations ·
Documentation of technical design, codes are kept up to date ·
Onboard, lead, and support junior technical team members ·
Work with other support teams in Woolworths for any support resolution ·
Build solution concepts/design for new enhancements ·
Provide technical consultation to Brand & Reputation team on best practices on Abode stack incl Workfront ·
Manage her own workload as well as other team members to ensure there is a right work-life balance ·
Escalate any issues, technical or otherwise, to the line manager Lead and work with Cognizant Adobe support team (e.g. Netcentric) for any additional support she may need to perform her duties Ensure any changes to Workfront and Group DAM are compliant with Woolworth IT standards and meet security requirements ·
