We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Bookkeeper to become an integral part of our friendly Team Located in Castle Hill, This is a great opportunity and will suit someone working from home. Flexible work arrangements, work part time/full time or reduced hours between drop off and pick up! MYOB/Xero experience is essential however the successful candidate will also: Have a minimum 2-3 years bookeeping experience Demonstrate advanced Xero knowledge Have a positive attitude and great customer service skills Be proficient in all aspects of Payroll including EOFY reconciliations Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills You will be responsible for: Payroll (Super, PAYG, Payroll Tax )- Weekly Mondays Accounts Payable & Receivable Bank Rec of all AP and AR Follow up of outstanding invoices (email and calls) BAS statement prep and lodgement Monthly Balance Sheet rec EOM and ad hoc Management Accounts preparing and liaising with our tax accounting Continuing to build and refine our bookkeeping processes
