About The Role We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Doors business within Victoria. Reporting directly to the National Sales & Marketing Director, this role is responsible for overseeing the Sales team along with a team of project administrators, with a key focus on maximising the growth opportuinity within the market. Key responsibilities of this role will include: Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve desired levels of sales volume & market share Building and maintaining client relationships - proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities Responsible for Sales & Project Administration and driving a team to ensure continuation of opportunities and maximising sales potential of products & services through leadership, performance management and coaching. Leading the project administration team to the detail required and execute the management of projects in a timely manner About You You are a strong leader, with a proven track record in driving business and sales success within the building and construction or manafacturing industry. You will have demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and developing the team to be the best they can be to maximise sales across the business, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Your sound commercial and market knowledge to build the business within Victoria will be paramount.
