Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the planning, organising and implementation of IT projects involving IT solutions from Adfinis Partners HashiCorp, GitLab and SUSE, all the way from initialization to final approval • Responsible for the adherence to budgets and schedules, as well as the technically sustainable implementation of projects • Responsible for maintaining high level of day to day operations, scheduling of services provided to customers and task allocation, including serving as single point of contact for customers during projects • Manages a project team when required • Controls the timely implementation of projects, orders and support requests in accordance with the targets agreed upon • Planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating IT projects strategies and policies. • Ensuring the meeting of project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets. • Working with technical teams and external vendors to ensure that all issues are dealt with in a timely fashion and appropriately mitigated and managed • Managing, influencing and building productive relationships with executive level management, clients, industry providers, vendors, system integrators and key stakeholders. • Planning and implementation of complex projects and subprojects

Required skills and experience • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in IT related field • Internationally recognised Project Management Certification (IPMA-C or equivalent) • Experience with HashiCorp, GitLab and SUSE products • HashiCorp, GitLab and SUSE certifications ?
