Educational requirements: Bachelor

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Work from home two days per week Be part of a growing ASX listed company with endless opportunities in an organisation that takes growth and development seriously Play an integral role in the accounts of a well known and loved Australian Brand Duties: 3-way matching anywhere between 150-200 of invoices daily using an ERP system Prepare weekly/monthly EFT payment runs in accordance with cash flow budget and policies Perform bank and supplier reconciliations Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, organising a high volume of supplier queries and providing exceptional service/resolutions General accounts administrative duties including filing, documentation management etc. and supporting the team What you need to apply At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable role or similar (retail would be advantageous) Strong verbal and written skills Strong attention to detail and data integrity Advanced experience with accounting systems (ERP or SAP advantageous) Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel Highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills, ability to meet cut-offs/deadlines Proven skills being a problem solver, using your initiative and being proactive Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment both on-site and from home
