Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

Job Description Chefs will be required to cook on-site from 50 people through to 3000, alone or in teams of 10 Chefs. The role will consist of preparing, cooking and presenting high quality food and beverages to agreed menus and operating standards. Skills and Experience: • Certificate III Commercial Cookery • International qualifications must be recognised by an Australian Trade College • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (desirable) • Clean and current National Police Clearance – Or willing to obtain • Experience in large functions / events or bulk cooking • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical • Chefs with no FIFO experience encouraged to apply • Full working rights • Full Vaccinated • Able to lift push and pull up to approximately 20kg
