Detailed Job description:-
The associate's primary role is to analyse, debug, and propose and develop solutions for issues reported on the replication of Employee Central Data to SAP ERP. This includes:
1.Analysis of Application Logs
2.Retrieval of Replication Payload for Debugging
3.Develop Enhancements of BADi
4.Application of SNote
5.Create Technical Design Documentation
6.Perform Technical Unit Testing
The associate will also perform roles pertaining to other development needs as needed. Development skills needed for this include:
1.Creation of Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms
2.Webdynpro For ESS / MSS
3.SAPscript Forms
The associate is expected to be knowledgeable in the following sub-modules for SAP HR:
1.Personnel Administration,
2.Organizational Management,
3.Employee and Manager Self Service,
4.Payroll,
5.Benefits
