No matter the size of the job, from the initial consultation right through to the completion of the project they work closely with clients to understand their expectations and ensure they exceed them. Due to the ongoing growth within our company there is a position available for a new Trainee Site Supervisor with an immediate start. As a building supervisor you will ensure that each development is delivered in accordance with the designs, and that the quality of work is as described in the building contract. You will manage and supervise all stages of the developments construction, work directly with subcontractors and suppliers and ensure the development is completed on time and within budget restraints. To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience as a building supervisor and knowledge of the construction industry. You will have an excellent work ethic, be able to work with and manage a team and be diligent with site safety. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the construction industry.
