TITLE: Brand and Marketing Coordinator
CONDITIONS: Casual basis; with 3 month probation and review.
HOURS: 20-25 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan campaignable activity
Delivering clever and original ideas for marketing campaigns across digital, social and other traditional mediums. Our brand is fun, and so are we.
Content creation & community management
Developing a personable and honest brand identity, demonstrated through visual presence, a strong voice, and a clever strategy. Copywriting, scheduling and planning of content is all part of it, with the goal of creating meaningful ways to connect with our audience.
Coordination of digital assets
Co-ordinating updates and a website build with our Web Designer Developer. Managing website, updating CMS with new content, recipes and more. Optimising for UX, purpose and good SEO practices.
Campaign management activations
Creating a timeline of campaignable activity to work alongside both brand and sales objectives. Supporting any product releases across digital and traditional media (including radio, print, etc), and being present at relevant on-ground events, activations and collaborations.
Supporting leads
Working alongside Operations Manager to help drive growth and engage potential leads.
Paid advertising
Creating effective paid social media campaigns, suitable target market. Testing CTAs and multiple formats to meet our people where they are.
Reporting
Compiling insights and analytics, and understanding how to demonstrate ROI against marketing spends.
Collaboration
Working closely with Comet Beverages’ Operations Manager, Group Marketing Manager – and liaising with our Group Designer and other suppliers, ie. photographers, videographers and other creatives to help drive brand activity.
YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum 3 years demonstrated success rolling out campaigns across marketing, social or digital. Copywriting and content creation experience are essential to this role.
To be organised, flexible, and have top-notch communication skills.
An understanding of both the current marketing and social media landscape, and the beverage industry. Keep an eye on updates, trends and happenings here and abroad and understanding how we can be a part of them is crucial.
Collaboration is part of the gig, but you’ll need to be able to work autonomously and know your stuff!
