Key Responsibilities
Implementing and optimising the global marketing strategy (in liaison with the Marketing Manager)
Planning campaigns for all paid social and digital touch points including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google (Adwords, search, display, shopping and YouTube)
Assisting our Global Account Manager with retail launches and activations
Liaising with our international PR agencies to implement strategies and execute activations
Working collaboratively with paid ad agencies to ensure activity is aligned with business priorities
Reporting on e-comm sales, social media, EDM’s, internal team member KPI’s, influencers and marketing budget reporting
Monitoring market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities
About You
Must have a genuine interest and love for all things skincare and beauty
At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing role and at least 12 months experience in a management role
Excellent understanding of SEO, Facebook & Google advertising
Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking skills
Strong creative writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Natural leader and a team player
Experience working with Klaviyo
Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro preferred
