Qualifications & experience Understanding and experience with social brand marketing, ecommerce and operational marketing Proven experience of time spent delivering in a senior marketing / creative role Tertiary degree in Marketing is required Experience in building and maintaining strong sales relationships with customers Ability to handle conflicting and/or sensitive situations within a deadline-driven environment Tasks & responsibilities Prepare and manage marketing budget measuring and reporting against ROI Ensure the creative and marketing team are working collaboratively and informed by the buying team Establish strong partnerships with third-party providers to deliver strategic marketing strategy Set organizational guidelines for campaign implementation working with the sales and buying teams Benefits On site parking Hybrid working model in office and at home With beautiful products that sell themselves, you will also have access to generous staff discounts
