Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
Provide input to define and implement stream processes, systems, and structures. Provide input to and liaise with cross functional workshops to define solution requirements Provide input into the definition of the business requirements related to systems solution and the benefits that can be achieved. Conduct workshops, requirement definition and specifications through to sign-off Scrutinise requirements for solution gaps and / or solution improvements Review technical work performed by developers for agile solution delivery Apply knowledge of agile solution development in solution development & testing Own and develop relationship with technical leads and, work with them to optimise and enhance solution/integration Provide support throughout the project cycle such as resolving issue/providing insights and directions. Participate in solution development, data migration & integration testing across the program Strong stakeholder management - Business Divisions and Stream Leads

Tallyman or PCC expertise is a must Collections expertise Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Strong technical documentation skills such as user stories, design document, interface specification etc Proven experience in eliciting solution requirements, requirement management, agile development, and testing in the banking and financial services JIRA and Confluence knowledge is a must Experience in collection systems and/or financial solutions development Experience Required Technical Business Analyst background (Minimum 5 years) in agile solution development Experience in Regulatory, Risk, or financial transformation Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering, and software engineering
