Responsibilities: Attending partner growers' properties to examine the soil, and physical features of the farmland to presence of pests and diseases, nutrient deficiencies and inefficient practices Collating information and samples on partner growers' properties, and providing analysis to them and to internal Agronomists/other experts Advising partner growers on presence of pests and diseases, nutrient deficiencies and inefficient practices, and products / techniques to be implemented to address these issues in accordance with Agronomists' direction Inspecting partner growers' produce to ensure quality of produce and identifying potential areas of improvement Providing technical assistance to clients to develop farming plans in accordance with Agronomists' direction Providing clients' feedback to Agronomists for product improvement and development
