The Marketing Officer’s role is to develop and execute a variety of marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our B2B marketing strategies across a variety of channels to increase awareness of our products and build demand to drive sales and support the sales objectives of the company.
In a fast-paced and growing start-up, this role involves digital marketing, developing partnerships and networks, and participating in trade fairs.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of planning and executing marketing strategies, running promotional campaigns, and implementing digital marketing
- To support the Managing Director in developing interactive digital and online tools and platforms to engage existing retailers, including redesigning and managing website content, infrastructure, and maintenance
- Develop and implement successful email marketing campaigns
- Develop promotional and marketing programs to support partner retailers
- Coordinate with marketing suppliers and vendors
- Develop and execute B2B events to generate demand
- Determine strategic trade fairs to take part in to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads
Requirements:
- A Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in Marketing
- Ability to think strategically and critically when executing the company's marketing strategies
- Possesses a positive attitude, is energetic, works independently, and is results-driven
- Communicates and works well with other team members
- Possesses the ability to conceptualize and implement creative ideas
- Coordinating marketing expenses with integrity and accountability
- Marketing experience in the wholesale distribution of Philippine food and products
- Has a good understanding of Philippine food and culture, so that he or she can develop and execute marketing programs that inspire consumers.
- Should be able to converse fluently in Filipino with suppliers and brand owners.
- Should be able to produce Marketing campaigns in Filipino.
