POSITION Our Customer Service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, process orders, take credit card payments and organise returns. This role involves the following, but is not limited to; To be the first point of contact for our customers Answering a busy head office phone line Assist customer service with processing orders and quotes Assist customers with general stock availability and sales orders General office and admin duties Experience in a similar role is advantageous Experience with adobe suite required This role is based in our Melbourne office.
