Our client seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their highly experienced Labour Hire Team. This role is an exciting one as you’ll sync in with the existing team and hit the ground running with all the hustle and bustle of a busy Construction Trades and Labour department.
The Role
Working in a well organised Labour Hire team, you’ll be focusing on resourcing and filling jobs within the Victorian Construction sector.
You will be also be required to source opportunities to provide recruitment solutions to a thriving client base, utilising your recruitment knowledge to grow your client base and candidate pool, while focusing on successful recruitment partnerships and delivering a service that exceeds expectations.
Duties include:
- Hunting for the best available candidates across multiple platforms
- Screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates that meet our criteria
- Developing long term relationships with candidates
- Create and advertise job adverts via a range of media/job boards
- Liaising with clients to confirm job orders and role briefs
- General administration
- Provide your expertise when consulting with candidates and clients
-Assisting with training new members of the team
based in North Geelong, you will be heavily focused on building strong relationships with candidates and identifying the best available talent for multiple labour-hire roles. You will liaise with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the quality of our temps being supplied.
About you
- You will have at least 3 years’ experience working on a labour hire desk, ideally within construction, trades or manufacturing industries.
