About the role In this challenging and rewarding role, the Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring and updating the management team with the current trends of the industry and the competition through market research and assist in formulating marketing strategies/plans. The Marketing and Sales Executive will also be providing advise to prospective candidates about the admission criteria and complete the enrolment process by following admission guidelines. Main duties and responsibilities include (not limited to): Update the management team with the current trends of the industry and the competition through market research and assist in formulating marketing strategies/plans. Identify areas of opportunity/trends to ensure marketing plans are effectively implemented and submit monthly reports to Marketing and Sales Manager Establish new business/strategic partnerships to enhance enrolment numbers. Promote strong professional relationships with the agents, partners, and student recruitment services as adequate for building business. Undertake innovative marketing activities/campaigns (including online advertising campaigns) and report on the effectiveness of these campaigns (enquiries raised, leads received, feedback etc.). Prepare marketing/promotional materials and ensure that marketing material is available at all times on campus. Strive towards achieving the enrolment targets that are set for each month. Assure that all marketing/sales activities conform to the respective State laws and regulatory authorities. Skills and experience Qualification: Preferably a Master’s degree qualification. Minimum Qualification of bachelor’s degree. in Marketing/Business (or equivalent). Additional qualification in social media marketing/graphic designing is an advantage Experience Minimum 2 years industry experience in a vocational or higher education role.
