Our client is an Australian-owned private company that derives revenue from retailing and wholesaling clothing, namely under the Dangerfield, Alannah Hill, Revival, Princess Highway, Gorman, Jack London, L'urv and Autonomy brands. The company employs approximately 500 full-time equivalent people, operates in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, and is administered from its head office in Abbotsford, Victoria.
Due to unprecedented growth, there is now an exciting opportunity for a qualified Marketing specialist to join their elite team.
The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
Identifies market opportunities and advises on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promotion
Planning, developing, and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
Reporting back to the business on campaign results and insights using the direct marketing platform, Google Analytics and other data sources
Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as website, EDM, social media, google ads and necessary digital marketing channels to drive awareness, engagement and sales
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
Ensuring to Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
Advising executives on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of retail industry
Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
