Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager. The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties.
Key duties will cover all aspects of customer service duties including calls and emails from tenants, landlords and tradespeople. Leasing, entry, exit and routine inspections, organizing maintenance and repair, managing rent increases and lease renewals are also part of the job.
Support is provided with leasing consultant, admin and no trust accounting.
To be considered for this role you need:
• A current Agents Representative
• A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Enhanced negotiation abilities
• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• at least one year experience in property management
• Mandarin/Greek Speaking is an advantage.
• 1 years' experience Assisting/Managing a residential portfolio
• Have the proven ability managing a residential portfolio-
Salary:
$60K-$65K package allowance commission.
Probationary period 3 months.
