A digital commerce agency – is on a growth journey that is circling the world. They need a Management Accountant for our Australian business. They are looking for a hands-on Management Accountant in their Australian business, reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer to support the Australia and global offices to keep up with all day-to-day finance tasks.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
Performing financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on strategic planning.
Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of
financial procedures.
Analysing key financial data and advising senior management on
strategic planning.
Developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and
procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks.
Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and
forecasting income and expenditure.
Provide timely and appropriate analysis of cost and revenue bases
that highlight areas of opportunity or challenge
Maintain & administer the fixed assets register, including disposals,
acquisitions and depreciation
Assist with asset revaluation process.
The production, delivery and analysis of timely management
information (both financial and non-financial) to stakeholders across
the business.
Assisting in the completion of reliable, timely and accurate financial
information for the groups monthly management reports - Profit
and loss, Balance sheet and Cash flow.
Proactively working together to manage expense budgets, identifying opportunities for savings.
Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting policies & procedures that ensures robust financial governance of the business
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree /Master’s degree in related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field is required. Digital
agency background is a huge bonus.
Outstanding communication skills and attention to details.
