We are seeking an internal Support Engineer for our national Aftersales department based in the Dandenong office. The role is suited to a recent graduate wanting to commence on a career involved with mechanical equipment or someone with a few years experience. The role includes: Prepare of service reports and quotations for machine repairs. Co-ordinate machine repairs with the workshop. Project manage building of blower packages. Liaise with internal and external customers Liaise with head office and local suppliers on technical and supply matters Provide Technical support to the team Comply with OH&S and company QA requirements. This role includes a large component of customer contact. To be considered, you will display the following character traits; Engineering aptitude and understanding Highly self-motivated and results driven with the ability to operate within a team. Display the ability to competently forge long term significant relationships across various organisational levels, Possess problem solving and decision making skills
