We pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a full-service solution for their business while they are in the planning construction phase, right through to their opening date and beyond.
Established in 2014, the business has grown exponentially since it’s inception, with works being carried out right across South Australia and beyond. Capital Retail is now looking to expand it’s team with a full time Administration Assistant as detailed below.
About You:
Reliable, punctual and honest
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to multitask and time manage
Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must
Excellent knowledge in Outlook, Excel and Word
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working together with the design team, contractors, and suppliers to develop budgets for projects
Develop scope of works for projects and progress reports
Develop works schedules for projects from start to completion
Work together with the Project Manager to track progress of jobs and continually review costs
Place orders and track progress for each job worked on
Obtain building approvals, council approvals and job specific approvals as required
Collaboration with design team working on design and documentation
Developing safety systems, SWMS, Work Health safety documentation
Full time position with immediate start available. Expected hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
