About the role
Our Supervisors are paramount to our success and are the driving force behind our commitment to quality and delivery.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our works on site, our supervisors maintain the scope and timeliness of works, the management of our teams and track the overall progression of the job.
Working closely with our scheduler, estimator, Site Supervisors and other key management staff the Junior supervisors are responsible for engaging, coordinating & manage trades, communicating & negotiating with trades to track the progress of jobs.
To be considered for this role you will need:
Excellent time management skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines and management of labour
A trade background within cladding, carpentry or CFC systems is highly desirable along with solid technical skill
Strong communication skills
Driver's License
White Card
Ability to maintain safety efficiencies
