About the Role: The Testing team provides services including test analysis, test design, test execution and test automation to ensure the delivery of a robust production environment to support the values and objectives of the company. Our Test Analyst perform specialised and general testing of the company applications, systems and solutions including timely and accurate reporting on testing status and through positive contributions to the Testing team. The Test Team's responsibility extends from system integration testing of components delivered from Development and Infrastructure teams, through to performance testing and other non-functional testing required to assure the quality of the company. The Graduate Test Analyst is responsible for assisting and supporting the test team in allocated change requests and defects and is involved in the software development life cycle from the inception of a change request. You will be responsible for: Attending estimate and design review meetings with customers, business analysts and developers Assisting in the development of test documentation in accordance with formal testing methodologies as a result of interpretation of approved requirements and/or design documentation Supporting and learning how to execute test cases and revising and maintaining regression test case suites - manual and automated Drafting Release Notes for internal and external use Assisting in the construction and delivery of test cases for defect fixes. What You'll Need to Succeed: Tertiary qualifications in a related IT field, and/or experience deemed equivalent Knowledge of software testing procedures and methodologies Understanding of the process to develop test plans, test cases and other data in line with testing methodologies
